We collaborate closely with architects, designers, owners, and contractors to bring thoughtfully designed, expertly executed stone installations to life.

Founded by Jane Kennelly, a widely respected industry professional with over three decades of experience, Cut Stone Studios draws on her deep industry knowledge, strong global relationships, and vision for excellence. Jane’s guidance continues to shape the firm’s collaborative approach and commitment to quality.

Our success is built on long-standing relationships with exceptional craftspeople, fabricators, carvers, draftspeople, installers, quarriers, and logistics specialists, supported by a skilled management team. Key collaborators include Seay Stephens, our technical design leader, whose engineering background and decades of construction experience ensure even the most complex projects run smoothly, and Frank Genello, our historic restoration and installation expert, whose knowledge and craftsmanship elevate every restoration project.

Hannah Lufkin, our operations manager, ensures seamless coordination of every project. Her organizational, technical, and customer service skills make her an integral part of keeping all moving parts running efficiently.

Jon Poston brings decades of industry sales experience and a passion for client service to every project. The Legacy of DeSantana Stone

Over 40 years ago, Todd Cooley & Ricardo Santana founded De Santana Stone, and the portfolio of projects brought to fruition during these past four decades covers every type of natural architectural stone project imaginable. Once Jane Kennelly joined the firm a decade later the company continued to grow.

The team members at De Santana are experts in creating hand carved stone products in the traditions of the old Mexico. The centuries-old artistic techniques employed in their studios have remained relatively unchanged since the time of the Spanish conquest. The detail resulting from these primitive methods of execution are hallmark to the authenticity of their hand crafted works of art.
